Mr. Benson, an eight-year veteran of the collection industry, joined CBE in January 2008. As the company's Chief Operating Officer, Benson is responsible for leading both the day-to-day and long-term execution of CBE’s strategic objectives.  Prior to joining CBE, Benson served as Senior Director for Capital One for nine years, managing a $375 million division of US Card Recoveries.  Prior to Capital One, Benson held multiple operations and marketing positions with Gateway Computer during his ten-year tenure with the company.  Benson graduated from Morningside College in 1989.
