As executive Vice President overseeing Marketing, Sales and Client Services, Mr. Blanchard is responsible for ensuring our clients receive a world-class customer experience. Having been with the company for over 13 years, Mr. Blanchard has an in-depth knowledge of all facets of CBE. He has more than 28 years of experience in the collection industry, including 10 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a successful collection agency in New England. When the 1998 Reauthorization of the Higher Education Act emphasized a greater need for improved default aversion and prevention solutions, Mr. Blanchard founded Student Loan Counseling Service, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CBE.
