Ms. Phillips has served CBE for more than 30 years. Her responsibilities involve coordinating all aspects of Human Resources and Organizational Development, including employee relations, company benefits, recruiting, hiring, training and personal development. Mary has initiated many new concepts at CBE, including self-managed teams and process improvement. She is a graduate of Midwest Management Institution through Associated Credit Bureaus, a member of the Cedar Valley Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and a frequent guest speaker at organizations on credit-related topics.
