This position will be responsible for structuring, managing and prioritizing a wide range of operational and dialer contact management analytical activities, tasks and priorities across all CBE business units. This position will take a service oriented approach to working with the management of each business unit to define, recommend and resource their specific operational and dialer contact management needs and priorities, with the goal to be to increase each units operational efficiency and effectiveness.  The Director/Manager, Operational Efficiency, Analytics Solutions Group will be tasked with providing day-to-day direction and oversight, managing work quality and standards, training and development, as well as effectively structuring the work load for the dialer analyst team as well as for the operation analysts.

       o Analysis – Leverage learning to create campaigns and lists, rebuild lists, assign agents to groups, deploy blast campaigns, map CATi fields to dialer, develop inbound skill sets, recognize and implement opportunities to enhance strategies and dialing efficiencies. 
       o Customized Reporting Requirements – Seek and develop reporting requirements for assigned line of business.
       o Liaison - Acting liaison between operational unit and dialer admin team.  Monitor system performance and communicate any potential issues to the appropriate parties involved.

Collections Manager - Kansas City, Kansas

Job description includes, but is not limited to:

  • Assist the Director of Operations in analyzing portfolios and establishing goals.
  • Implement strategies to meet revenue and profit goals, and comply with client and company requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure that staffing levels are in line with expectations, and notify the Director as soon as trends in placements or turnover are recognized.  This includes managing staff PTO to ensure there is appropriate phone and management coverage at all times.
  • Serve as a positive role model and mentor to staff, ensuring a positive environment.
  • Ensure that training needs are met, and that supervisors are spending the appropriate amount of time monitoring and coaching their collectors.
  • Coach and develop Supervisors through one-on-one meetings and actionable goal setting and development plans individualized to each subordinate

  • Ensure that daily key performance indicators, such as attendance, call production, urgency payments and contest participation are being met.

  • Ensure that client requirements regarding portfolio management, work standards, settlements and other special handling are met.

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
