CBE representative? |
A: Our representatives are available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT, Monday
through Friday. You may call us using the toll-free number listed on the notice
you received in the mail. If you attempt to contact us during an evening or
weekend and we are unavailable to take your call, leave a message that includes
your telephone number, your account number, and when you can be reached. We
will return your call as soon as possible.
