Q: When can I speak to a CBE representative?

A: Our representatives are available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday. You may call us using the toll-free number listed on the notice you received in the mail. If you attempt to contact us during an evening or weekend and we are unavailable to take your call, leave a message that includes your telephone number, your account number, and when you can be reached. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Q: What forms of payment does CBE accept?

A: Depending on the type of account you have, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders by standard U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail, UPS, or Federal Express overnight delivery
  • Personal checks by telephone (autopay)
  • Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards by telephone or mail
  • Online (Internet) payment (personal checks or credit cards)
  • Travelers Express/MoneyGram
  • Western Union
