In addition to collecting payments from subscribers, CBE collects returned equipment, including cable boxes, receivers, and remote controls. Depending on the account and our clients requirements, our collectors inform subscribers where to send their equipment, or order pre-addressed equipment boxes from the client for delivery to the subscriber.
