Early Out Self-Pay

CBE offers a strategic revenue management plan designed to increase cash flow by:

This service is provided by Paragon Solutions, Inc. (PSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of The CBE Group. PSI works as an extended business office, performing early out services in our client’s name (first-party) or in our name (third-party), depending on client’s needs.

Insurance Resolution

CBE’s wholly owned subsidiary, Paragon Solutions, Inc. (PSI), offers a comprehensive insurance claim resolution program to increase cash flow by:

  • Verifying the status of filed (unpaid) claims
  • Resolving issues causing a delay in payment
  • Re-submitting or re-filing claims as necessary

PSI’s highly trained, professional Patient Financial Services Representatives 1) follow up with payors to accelerate payments and 2) assist patients individually, helping them interpret and understand insurance co-payments, deductibles, payment applications, and balances. In addition, our automated resolution process includes an electronic bridge that allows us to communicate updated information to clients daily.

Bad Debt Collection

CBE’s Healthcare Division collects delinquent primary and secondary accounts, blending telephone communications, letter strategies, and automated skip tracing—all enhanced to achieve maximum results. Our professional staff:

  • Accelerates clients’ cash flow by recovering as much as possible on each account
  • Maintains positive relations by treating patients with respect
  • Works easily with patients who have diverse backgrounds and speak various languages
  • Includes Certified Healthcare Financial Professionals (CHFP) and Certified Healthcare Collection Specialists (CHCS)
