To provide responsive, comprehensive support to all CBE clients, we maintain a dedicated Client Services Department. Our unique First Contact program provides a single point of contact for clients. Highly trained Client Service Advocates respond promptly and professionally to questions regarding account status, payment activity, invoices, complaints, disputes, and numerous other topics. This one stop approach is not only convenient for clients, but it also allows CBEs collection team to focus solely on recovery efforts.

For this reason, we created an Implementation Department to serve as a single point of contact and coordinate all facets of the start-up processfor new clients, as well as new initiatives for existing clients. The Implementation Departments primary focus is to facilitate a seamless transition from prospective client to satisfied customer.

Our Contract Compliance Team continually reviews critical processes to ensure we are performing according to the standards established within our client contracts. When necessary, our Implementation Department plans, designs or redesigns, and tests processes extensively. When we are certain a new process is consistent, accurate, and performing smoothly, we fully integrate it into daily production.
