A: There are several ways you can apply:

Q: How long will it take to get a response after I submit my résumé?

A: We typically contact job candidates within two weeks of receiving a résumé if an interview is warranted.

Q: If I don't see a job opening that suits me, can I send my résumé anyway?

A: Yes, we accept all résumés and keep them on file for two years.

Q: Where are your offices located?

A: CBE's corporate headquarters and one of its operational centers are located at 131 Tower Park Drive, Suite 100, in Waterloo, Iowa. We have three more operational centers at:

We frequently have new job opportunities in all three offices and offer the possibility for an employee to transfer from one office to another.

Q: What type of skills/requirements are you looking for in an employee?

A: In order to work at CBE you must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, we perform a series of background checks, including criminal and credit checks.

We hire applicants from diverse work backgrounds, but consistently look for the following qualities in all of our applicants:

Q: What kind of training and development does CBE provide?

A: CBE provides innovative training and development opportunities for professional advancement. All of our collection representatives complete an extensive new employee training program when hired. We also offer continuing education classes to all employees, as well as a Management Growth Program that staff can apply for after 90 days of employment. We give you the support you need to succeed!
