| The Administrator of Collection Training is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining an on-going training program that prepares and teaches our collection staff how to collect money respectfully and successfully. Our initial three week intensive New Hire Training Program is aimed at maximizing performance results by developing and empowering the individuals who are joining CBE as collectors. |
| Job Description: |
|
| Conducting 3 week new-hire collections training for classes of 10 - 30 Collectors |
|
| Teach and educate new hires on the various systems used in the collections call center |
|
| Coordinate and facilitate the bi-annual education and testing of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) |
|
| Implementation of policies and procedures in the training environment |
|
| Developing sound practices in new employees to be used once they are released from the classroom |
|
| Being a leader by example |
|
| Reviews course material and recommend changes, additions or deletions to enhance the effectiveness of the program; update course materials as directed |
|
| Facilitates course/event set-up, including preparation and production of course materials and evaluations; maintain appropriate attendance records and rosters |
|
| Act as the supervisor for new hires while they are engaging in new hire training |
|
| Mentor, coach, and evaluate new hires to ensure classroom training success |
|
| Review and act on evaluation data and feedback to improve the delivery of training |
|
| Conduct quality assurance (QA) monitoring of new hires for first 90 days to ensure high quality, professionalism, and learning of FDCPA and Company standards |
|
|

Three to five years experience in programming.
