CBE has been intensely committed to training since the inception of our dedicated Training Department in the mid-1980s and further since our Training Department evolved into our Organizational Development Department in 2007.
Our dedicated Organizational Development Department gives all CBE collectors a fundamental knowledge base beginning on their first day at CBE; we then provide numerous skill enhancement opportunities and allow individuals to manage their personal development through our Management Growth Program, CBE University. CBE employees learn to manage their thinking, conflicts, and experiences, resulting in the development of gifted individuals who can help lead CBE into the future.
